I build and scale go-to-market systems, teams, and processes, most recently leading DAC’s DACH business development from scratch and creating a new eMobility vertical.

Earlier, I co-founded two companies, grew operations teams, and drove expansion for international brands across industries.

My focus: making growth scalable, processes efficient, and strategy executable. Always open to exchanging ideas and learning from others.

My Background

At 20, I built my first company, developing macros for mobile games and monetizing the process. Three years later, I exited, selling both the company and its automation framework.

I went on to co-found two ventures:

  • AdOlymp: developed in-house tracking technology for affiliate marketing.

  • SwishOver: a performance marketing agency focused on mobile growth through affiliate and programmatic channels.

At 24, I stepped into my first leadership role at SoHype, managing a global team of eight account managers and shaping growth operations at scale.

Later, I joined StackAdapt as the first German-speaking Account Executive, where I closed foundational deals that established a strong foothold for the company in the DACH market.

Today, I serve as Director of Business Development at DAC Group, where I built the DACH sales operation from the ground up and launched a new eMobility vertical, positioning the agency as a key partner in the region.

I enjoy building systems, scaling teams, and exploring how strategy turns into execution. Always open to exchanging ideas, let’s connect.
